- Entrance Fees – All necessary entrance fees to the designated areas are included in your package.
- All Transportation – Enjoy the convenience of complimentary pick-up from your hotel or accommodation (within urban areas in Dubai).
- Refreshments – Before takeoff or after landing, we’ll provide light refreshments to keep you refreshed and comfortable.
- Safety First – Your safety is our priority. We strictly follow internationally recognized safety protocols to ensure a secure and enjoyable flight.
- Incredible Altitudes – Rise from 2000 to 4000 feet above the Arabian desert and enjoy unparalleled views of the endless sand dunes.
- Flight Duration – Soar through the sky for 40 to 70 minutes, depending on weather conditions, as you take in the serenity and vastness of the desert.
- Spectacular Sunrise – Capture the perfect moment as you catch a glimpse of the sun rising over the horizon, lighting up the desert with golden hues.
- E-Certificate of First Flight – Commemorate your adventure with a personalized E-Certificate, signed by your pilot as a lasting memento.
- Drop-off Service – After your flight, we will drop you back to your hotel between 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, depending on traffic and hotel location.
- Transportation in Destination Location – Please note that transportation to other destinations outside the tour location is not included.
- Dune Bashing & Quad Bike – Exciting off-road activities such as dune bashing and quad biking are not part of this package.
- Camel Ride – Camel rides are not included in this tour but can be arranged separately.
- Falconry – Traditional falconry experiences are not included but may be booked as an additional activity.
- Gourmet Breakfast in Our Camp – While not included in the tour, a gourmet breakfast experience can be added for an extra charge.

Pregnant Women are not Allowed in Balloon Flights
Children less than 5 years of age & Anyone more than 80 years of age are also not Allowed in Balloon Flights
Serious heart problems or any other medical conditions will not be suitable for this trip
Anyone who had major surgery recently within the last 6 months
Anyone that has had a broken leg/arm
Anyone who suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries
Anyone that has a Phobia in height
Disabilities covering mental health and emotional / Physical disabilities
Also all passengers should sign the declaration that he/ she doesn’t have the above problems (Mandatory)
Refund Policy:
Before 48 hours prior to flight departure: No cancellation fee
Before 18 hours prior to flight departure: 50% cancellation fee
18 hours or less prior to flight departure: 100% cancellation fee
